From the outset, the aim of the project was to create a website that feels credible, well-structured and easy to navigate. The new site gives visitors a straightforward path to explore key areas of the business, including Our Work, Our People, News, FAQ and Contact, while also making it easier for prospective clients to understand the services available and the areas Joe Fallon Design covers. The business states that most of its work is in the greater Dublin region, while its Wexford office supports coverage across much of Leinster.
A major priority for this build was clarity. Architectural and planning services can often involve complex processes, so the site needed to explain them in a way that feels accessible to homeowners and clients at an early research stage. Joe Fallon Design’s FAQ content now helps answer practical questions around consultations, planning permission, timelines, exempt development, construction stages and compliance, giving visitors useful information before they make contact.
The new website also provides a stronger platform for showcasing the people behind the business. The team page highlights a wide range of expertise across architecture, residential design, sustainable design, interiors, surveying, project engineering and finance. The site positions the practice not simply as a single designer, but as a broader professional team with the experience to support clients through the full journey of a building project.
