We’ve just launched the new website for Recruitment Services, a recruitment firm supporting employers and job seekers across Ireland from their base in Cashel, Co. Tipperary.
Recruitment websites have a simple job: make it effortless to take the next step—whether that’s an employer starting a conversation or a candidate submitting a CV. This build focused on clarity, speed and a frictionless enquiry journey.
From the outset, the priorities were:
Clear messaging for both audiences (job seekers + employers)
Straightforward conversion paths (“Send your CV” and “Get in touch”)
Mobile-first usability (because most applicants and hiring managers are on phones)
Strong foundations for SEO (clean structure, sensible headings, crawlable content)
GDPR-aware data handling for personal information and CV uploads
The site is structured so visitors don’t need to “think” about where to go next. Job seekers can quickly find the CV upload flow, while employers can reach out directly for a brief discussion.
CV uploads are only useful if people complete them. The form was built to be clear and practical—capturing the right details without making the process feel like an interrogation. Candidates can upload common document formats and submit in minutes.
Recruitment involves sensitive personal data, so we made sure the site includes visible reassurance around data usage and protection, including GDPR messaging and spam prevention where appropriate.
A website isn’t “done” at launch—teams need to update it. The layout and content blocks were implemented so updates can be made quickly and consistently without breaking design or structure.
For recruitment, the website is more than a brochure—it’s a lead and application engine. A clear journey, strong calls-to-action, and fast mobile performance all contribute to:
more completed CV submissions
more qualified employer enquiries
fewer “lost” visitors who can’t find what they need
If you’re getting traffic but not enough calls, form submissions or leads, the fix is usually clarity + structure + conversion flow, not “a new look” for the sake of it.
Tell us what your site needs to achieve (more enquiries, bookings or sales) and we’ll come back with the highest-impact improvements first—along with a clear quote if you want us to implement them.
