We’re delighted to have launched a brand-new website and online ticketing platform for King’s River Convent, giving the venue a modern digital home and a straightforward way to promote and sell tickets for upcoming events.
The project combined website design and online ticketing into one integrated platform. The new website needed to showcase King’s River Convent, highlight its unique spaces and, importantly, provide a reliable ticketing system that could support its growing events programme.
The new website has been built to give visitors a clear introduction to King’s River Convent and everything the venue has to offer.
Alongside information about the venue itself, visitors can explore upcoming events, learn more about the different spaces available and find information about venue hire and other activities taking place at the convent.
The design places a strong emphasis on imagery, clarity and ease of use across desktop, tablet and mobile devices.
A key part of the project was the introduction of a fully integrated online ticketing system.
Visitors can now browse upcoming events, purchase tickets securely online and receive their tickets electronically following their booking.
The ticketing system is integrated directly into the website, allowing King’s River Convent to manage events and ticket sales from within WordPress while also providing staff with a practical system for checking tickets at the venue.
The result is a much smoother process for both visitors booking online and the team managing events behind the scenes.
The new website has gone live ahead of King’s River Convent’s first event, which takes place on Saturday, 26 September 2026.
The opening event will feature acclaimed traditional Irish musicians Matt Cranitch, Jackie Daly and Paul de Grae, with the performance beginning at 8:00pm.

The website has been designed with future growth in mind.
As King’s River Convent develops its programme of concerts, events and other activities, the team can add new events and make tickets available online without needing a separate third-party ticketing website.
This gives the venue much greater control over its event listings, customer journey and online presence.
We really enjoyed working on this project and helping King’s River Convent put the digital infrastructure in place for the next stage of its development.
With a new website, integrated ecommerce and online ticketing now in place, the venue has a strong platform from which to promote future events, attract visitors and continue building its presence online.
